"My back hurts ..."
Our immediate thought is "Oh no!" ... there have been a couple of these moments since Sydney has been home from her last surgery. She may twist or torque her back while she's trying to get comfortable in her sleep OR just playing around the house she'll move wrong and have some pain.
Sydney is a strong, strong girl. We constantly say that "kids are sooooo resilient", on top of that, Sydney just has such a high pain tolerance. We are AMAZED daily of what she goes through -- thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers.

We too are amazed at the strength and positivity that each of you continue to exhibit...especially little Syd. Hopefully the pain will be less and less. She is a tough child, but truly has gone through enough lately. Hugs to all. Love, Carole and Bob
Now we know that a big day for Sydney is just around the corner! Bob added her name to the prayer list at St. Francis yesterday and she and your family will certainly remain in ours. Although we will be out of town, we will keep you close in thought and will be reachable by cell phone at all times. Love and hugs, Carole and Bob
